I believe meaningful change begins with listening, understanding, and taking action. My journey has taken me from the boardrooms of global telecommunications companies to the villages, towns, and cities of Rajasthan, where I now devote my time to public service, social reform, and policy advocacy.
Over the past two decades, I built and led large organizations in the corporate world, working across diverse and challenging environments. Those experiences taught me the value of innovation, accountability, teamwork, and data-driven decision-making. Today, I bring those same principles to public life.
As the National President of the Gurjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti (GASS), I work to promote social justice, equal opportunity, quality education, youth empowerment, and inclusive development. I believe that progress is meaningful only when it reaches the last person in society.
My work extends beyond public life. Through the Colonel Bainsla Foundation, we strive to improve access to education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, and community development. Inspired by the vision and values of my father, Colonel Kirodi Singh Bainsla, the Foundation seeks to create lasting social impact through service and empowerment.
I am equally passionate about the future. Artificial Intelligence, digital governance, public policy, entrepreneurship, water security, sustainable development, and emerging technologies are areas that deeply interest me. India stands at the threshold of a transformational era, and I believe technology, when guided by human values, can become one of the greatest instruments for inclusive growth.

Politics, for Me, Is Not a Slogan. It Is a Responsibility.
Politics, to me, is not merely about elections or public office.
It is about listening before speaking, serving before leading, and standing firm when justice demands courage. It is about earning trust, creating opportunity, and ensuring that every citizen has a voice in shaping our collective future.
My journey has been guided by one enduring belief:
Leadership is not measured by the position one holds, but by the lives one is able to touch and the institutions one leaves stronger than they were found.
A Son of Rajasthan
I was raised in the proud land of Rajasthan—a land known for its courage, sacrifice, resilience, and unwavering spirit.
My earliest lessons did not come from classrooms or boardrooms. They came from the ground up , the wisdom of village elders – where honesty is valued above convenience, where hard work is a way of life, where one’s word is one’s honour, and where communities stand together in times of adversity.
Those roots continue to define who I am.
Although my professional journey took me across India and international markets, I have never lost touch with the people, culture, and values that shaped my character. Every village I visit reminds me where I belong. Every conversation with a farmer, a student, a worker, or an entrepreneur reinforces why public service matters.
Above all, I am a proud Rajasthani and a deeply patriotic Indian. I believe that India’s greatest strength lies in its People, its Constitution, its Diversity, and its ability to Transform Challenges into Opportunities.
Education: Building the Foundation
My education laid the foundation for a lifetime of learning and leadership.
I completed my schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Jaipur, where discipline, curiosity, and leadership first became part of my personality.
I then graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biosciences from Maharaja’s College, Jaipur, which nurtured analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and an evidence-based approach to solving problems.
Recognising the importance of management and economics in a rapidly changing world, I pursued an MBA specialising in Marketing and Finance. The experience equipped me with strategic thinking, financial discipline, organisational leadership, and the ability to translate ideas into action.

Together, they shaped the person I strive to be today.
A Legacy That Became a Responsibility
Every political journey has an origin.
Mine began long before I entered active politics.
Growing up under the guidance of Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla, I witnessed what principled leadership truly means. I saw first-hand the discipline of a soldier, the conviction of a social reformer, and the resilience of a leader who dedicated his life to constitutional rights and social justice.
From him, I learned that leadership is not about popularity – It is about responsibility.
It is Not about convenience – But conviction.
Not about making promises – But keeping them.
Following his passing, I inherited not a political position, but a responsibility – to carry forward a movement built on dignity, dialogue, constitutional values, and the aspirations of millions.
That responsibility continues to inspire me every single day.
From Corporate Leadership to Public Service
Before entering public life full-time, I spent more than two decades in senior leadership and CXO positions within the global telecommunications industry.
My career took me across diverse and demanding environments where I led large organisations, managed multicultural teams, delivered complex transformation programmes, and helped build modern telecommunications infrastructure. I worked in India, Africa , Dubai, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore
Those experiences taught me invaluable lessons.

- And every challenge carries within it the seed of progress.
Working internationally broadened my perspective, but it also strengthened my conviction that my greatest contribution lay closer to home.
Despite professional success, I always felt a deeper calling – to return to Rajasthan, reconnect with my roots, and dedicate my experience to public service.
That decision changed the direction of my life.
Leading a Movement
Today, as the National President of the Gurjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti (GASS), I have the privilege of leading one of Rajasthan’s and India’s most significant social movements.
For me, this journey has never been about an organisation or a title.
It has always been About people , About dignity, About justice, About ensuring that constitutional rights translate into meaningful opportunities for every family.
Every interaction with farmers, youth, women, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders strengthens my belief that politics must solve problems—not merely discuss them.
Politics with Purpose
As the Bharatiya Janata Party’s candidate from Deoli-Uniara in the 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly elections, I had the privilege of presenting my vision directly to the people.
The campaign reaffirmed something I have always believed.
- Leadership must be visible.
- Leadership must be accessible.
- Leadership must remain accountable.
- Politics cannot exist only during elections.
It must live every single day—in villages, schools, hospitals, farms, universities, businesses, and every place where citizens seek hope, opportunity, and solutions.

Service Beyond Politics
Public service does not begin or end with elections.
Through the Colonel Bainsla Foundation, our work focuses on expanding opportunities in education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, youth development, and community welfare.
I firmly believe that the true measure of leadership is the institutions we build and the opportunities we create for future generations.
