Vijay Singh Bainsla is a public leader, social reformer, and National President of the Gurjar Aarakshan Sangharsh Samiti (GASS). He has played a pivotal role in advocating for reservation rights, social justice, and the socio-economic empowerment of marginalized communities, while championing education, youth development, and inclusive growth.
With more than two decades of leadership experience as a CXO in the corporate world, Vijay Singh Bainsla brings together corporate expertise, strategic vision, and grassroots public service. He was the BJP MLA candidate from Deoli-Uniara in the 2023 Rajasthan Assembly elections and continues to work towards policy-driven development and good governance.
As the driving force behind the Colonel Bainsla Foundation, he leads initiatives focused on quality education, accessible healthcare, women’s empowerment, and community welfare. He also mentors entrepreneurs and emerging startups, promoting innovation, technology, and sustainable development.
